SOLAR LABORER

Allied Reliability is currently looking for experienced Solar Laborer for a long-term contract position in Camilla, GA. 

• Assemble, install, move, and maintain solar systems and associated structures in accordance with site assessments and schematics.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on plant components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any problems or issues that may arise during operations.
• Utilize various tools, including grinding equipment.
• Demonstrate high adaptability when working in challenging environments, such as mud and tall grass.
• Fulfill additional duties as required for project success.

• Understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
• Knowledge of solar photovoltaic systems and basic electrical principles is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in project-based environments with tight deadlines.

• Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Aptitude for hard work and a strong commitment to project success.
• Preference for local candidates, depending on the site location.
