Maintenance Manager

Allied Reliability is seeking a Maintenance Manager for a leading manufacturer of private label packaged foods and beverages. 

The Maintenance Manager supports operations projects, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant by:

• Enforcing all company policies and plant rules, to include but not limited to problem solving, development & implementation of standard operating procedures while maintaining working relationship with the union by following the terms of the collective bargaining agreement.
• Recommending measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product and safety environment in the workplace. 
• Managing end-line equipment reliability and meeting key performance metrics while staying within the Reliability & Maintenance budget – including working with vendors to ensure best prices and swift delivery. 
• Supporting maintenance and related departments like the Project Engineering team through assisting in troubleshooting issues, setting direction of the team, allocating labor, and adjusting as needed based on resources.

• Strong preference given to candidates with aseptic processing experience
• Strong knowledge of SAP or other maintenance tracking systems
• Strong communication skills at all levels of management
• Previous experience in maintenance in a manufacturing facility - food manufacturing is a plus; 
• Previous supervisory or management experience, especially in a manufacturing environment
