Electrical Maintenance Technician

Allied Reliability is seeking Maintenance Technicians in the Detroit area for a progressive Industrial Manufacturing client. 

• Mechanical aptitude and basic understanding of preventive maintenance
• Standard tool set for workplace
• Able to work weekday/weekend
• Able to stand, kneel, and lift 50 lbs.
• Fabrication & welding experience
• PLC programming
• HVAC & Chiller
• Thermal Processing &/or Electro Plating experience Preferred - Boiler Operator experience
• Experience with boilers ranging in size of 60 hp, 150 hp, or greater, could seek terms for the boiler model such as Cleaver Brooks
• Boiler blowdown, preventive maintenance, annual maintenance, conductivity testing
• Condensate and steam line plumbing repairs
• Equipment start up and shutdowns

• GED or Highschool Diploma preferred but not required Preferred
• 2+ years mechanical maintenance training
• Preferred, but not necessary Accredited certifications or license · High volt & Low volt electrical experience
• Preferred, but not necessary current licensed low or high pressure boiler operator through the State of Michigan
