Allied Reliability is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician for a Travel Contract assignment with one of our premier clients in Richland Center, WI!
The Maintenance Technician performs all maintenance work as assigned by the Maintenance Planner and/or the Maintenance Lead or Adviser according to the specifications as outlined in applicable Visual Work Instruction and proactive maintenance techniques. Additionally, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for responding to production calls when needed. The Technician performs each assignment using the appropriate replacement parts and coordinates the schedule for the work with the Maintenance Team Leader and production leadership as needed. The Technician performs work to maximize process reliability and minimize negative impacts on production schedules.
Qualified candidates must be able to successfully pass pre-employment testing including a background check, drug screen, and a technical skills assessment.
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for:
Those individuals/millwrights who possess various certifications that are current and not expired are able to perform more tasks throughout the facility as well.

Must have at least a High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
Must be able to lift up to 51 pounds consistently throughout shift.
Must have excellent communication skills.
Must be willing and able to work weekends/overtime on a rotating basis - this is required not optional.
Machine shop experience.
Welding.
Previous experience with Mills and Lathes.
Must have proficient computer skills.
Should have some facility maintenance experience including painting and basic electrical repairs.
Must possess organizational skills.
Must have strong mathematical skills.
Must maintain valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
