Allied Reliability is looking for an experienced Machine Operator to work for one of our premier clients in Stockton, CA. Operates and maintains production systems and machinery at the committed process and safety standards to meet production objectives. Informs the Shift Manager when substandard performance is detected and when the problem is fixed.


• Direct all overhead bin filling activities with Pay Loader Operators and Yard Goat Operator to maintain proper product levels at the bagging unit at all times
• Conduct prescribed testing and calibration to maintain accuracy of all systems
• Assist the PIC and coordinates with ship personnel for safe and efficient vessel discharge
• Coordinate with truck drivers for safe and efficient loading and unloading of trucks
• Monitor and log temperature and amperage readings for all operating equipment
• Participate in all mandated safety training and exercises
• Supply various manual and computer-generated records, receipt and shipment reports, as directed by terminal manager
• Train colleagues in bagging unit operations
• Read, understand and implement the Stockton facility HESQ manual in all matters pertaining to this job
• Develop and maintain proficiency in the companies ALS system, Evocon system, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Assist the maintenance operators in maintaining all warehouse equipment in a clean, safe and efficient manner at all times
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Facility Manager, including cross-training with other members of the terminal staff
• Stay current on Product Stewardship procedures and updates.
• Report any potential issues to Managers or direct staff to address issues as needed


The position holder must to be able to:
• Lift and carry 40 to 60 lbs. bags
• Use shovel to pick-up heavy cargo
• Pick-up heavy material (25-55 lbs.)
• Work on confined spaces
• Work at heights (up to 150 feet)
• Work on feet for several hours, including bending and kneeling
• Wear respiratory protection, in accordance with OSHA 29 CFR Parts 1910 & 1926
• Wear all types of personal protective equipment, including fall protection
• Differentiate colors (not be color-blind)
• Work outdoors/indoors under extreme temperatures
• Work overtime and work adjusted hours/work days due to schedule changes when there is a need/requirement to deliver on terminal obligations.





• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of Production Line Machine Operator experience
• Basic understanding of mechanics and automated equipment like pneumatics (e.g. rams, valves, solenoids, etc.), conveyors, proximity sensors, HMI panel operation.
• Industries with small commodity bagging lines preferred
• First aid, CPR, Blood borne Pathogen and AED certified
• Eligible for Transportation Workers Identification Card (TWIC) • Strong mechanical / instrumentation skills
