The Rotating Equipment Discipline Planner is responsible for planning discipline-specific (Rotating Equipment) corrective, preventative maintenance, and minor modification activities while accounting for safety/health/environmental factors, reliability, and cost in support of production assets in the Gulf of Mexico.
Responsibilities:
Perform work prep activities for work orders requiring subject matter expertise in the REQ discipline including but not limited to:
-provide detailed procedural job steps-identify and coordinate 3rd party and/or construction needs for orders with support activity requirements
-identify and requisition required materials/services to facilitate repairs at the asset -identify production and/or POB impacts
-adhere to budget limits, seek platform leadership/finance approval as needed
-adjust start date based upon needs of the asset/constraints
-Comply with and adhere to all AMS-Maintenance Execution process requirements
-Consult Technical Engineering Support for procedure or work planning guidance and seek concurrence as needed-Responsible for the creation and modification of corrective maintenance task lists
-Expectation to travel offshore as needed for planning or execution.
-Experienced team player capable of multi-tasking and managing multiple competing priorities.
-Ability to develop and foster positive working relationships with Planning Team members, asset leadership, and all asset-based personnel is a necessity.
-Accountable for the overall planning and execution of REQ activities including Simops coordination with the asset and budgeting significant spend.
-This role will execute planning in both routine and major maintenance-including major REQ work activities with significant spend.

Qualifications
-Must be able to demonstrate an expert level of knowledge in maintenance planning and rough cut scheduling
- Experience with and knowledge of operating and maintaining platform cranes in the Gulf of Mexico is a significant plus
- Expert level of knowledge of maintenance scheduling and estimating principles/techniques
-Understanding of resource planning and resource allocation techniques
-Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices
-Must hold or be able to obtain HUET certification for offshore travel
-10+ years experience effective organization skills, time management, and interpersonal skills are a must.
-Must be self-directed and work well independently.
