Shipping Supervisor

Allied Reliability is searching for a Shipping Supervisor to work within a cold storage facility. Currently there are two openings, 1st and 2nd Shift. 

 Primary duties:

Supervise a department of approximately 25 plus employees while working alongside them to maintain a team environment

1. Supervise the daily operation of shipping, receiving, and inventory
2. Receive and label incoming finished goods and fresh meat
3. Inventory, cycle counts, and corrections
4. Work in the freezer and cooler
5. Operate high reach truck, put away, and picking
6. Correction of daily and weekly time cards for employees for payroll

Secondary duties:

1. 1. Maintain clean and sanitary work environment
   2. Complete recordkeeping requirements
   3. Must be able to read and write English

General Working Conditions/Environment

      Due to the refrigeration that is required for the products, the room temperature varies from

      -5 to 33 degrees (F).

Physical Requirements

1. 1. Walking
   2. Standing
   3. Bending
   4. Twisting
   5. Lifting up to 30 pounds, at arm’s length, on a continual basis
   6. Occasionally lifts up to 60 pounds
   7. Use of both hands and arms
   8. Must be able to work in a Safety Sensitive Position

 Requirements

Must have computer experience with AS400 and Microsoft Suite application
