Welding and fabrication of metals as assigned. Develops and maintains a positive professional relationship with all employees. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
REQUIREMENTS: Will be required to work overtime as needed from 4-8 hours plus weekends. Must be available to work both first and second shift as needed. May be required to be on call.

Strong welding fabrication background, 3 to 5 years. Must have ability to do all position welding.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze and interpret assignments and blue prints. Must have ability to discuss projects with team members and make effective decisions (in English).
Mathematical Skills
Ability to work with mathematical concepts. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to projects.
Reasoning ability
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of blue prints in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Must possess the communication skills, both verbal and written, needed to relay information to all other employees in a professional, positive and constructive manner, such that all communication is clear, concise and conclusive (in English).
Teamwork
Must work harmoniously with all personnel, including all other departments, and follow all company rules, regulations and procedures.
