Allied Reliability and our client is in the market for Traveling Production Operators. To be considered, the ideal candidate should have at least three months of manufacturing, distribution, or light industrial experience in a high-paced environment. You should have your own transportation, be able to pass a background and drug screening, and be committed to exceptional performance while on assignment.

The employee frequently is required to walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  • Perform period cleaning duties as dictated by the period cleaning schedule
  • Operate machines as needed
  • Move product on assigned line as assigned
  • Perform various housekeeping duties including sweeping, emptying trashcans, paper wagons and trash wagons.
  • Keep work area in a clean and orderly fashion, adhering to all rules and regulations.
  • Responsible for compliance with the safety policy and accident prevention and compliance programs.
  • Responsible for reviewing work areas for potential losses and loss control opportunities and for reporting hazards, injuries/illnesses, and other losses to supervisors.
  • Serves as the final inspection of cucumbers to be packed.
  • Inspects glass and plastic jars for defects.
  • When production downtime occurs, stacks jars on carts or skids.




The ideal candidate will have the following

  • At least three months in a high-speed manufacturing, distribution, or light industrial setting
  • Ability to stand for a full shift
  • Ability to pass a drug screen
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Reliable transportation
