 Allied Reliability is an asset management company. Our Operations team is currently in the market for Reliability Engineers (RE) to join our Consultant workforce. As a member of the Allied team, you can expect to leverage your expertise in Maintenance & Reliability by coaching, mentoring, and teaching our customers best practices helping them close gaps identified on their journey to being a more reliability focused organization. 


The Reliability Engineer should be prepared to travel as needed to support assigned clients. On average, an RE should expect to travel at least three weeks out of the month and work at their home/remote location for the duration of the month. While overall responsibilities may differ from client to client, you should be able to support our clients in the following capacities:

    • Review of Reliability Incidents, RCA, Data Analysis of current performance, Reliability KPI’s.  
    • RCA/Apollo processes – Apply investigation techniques with small teams to address the root causes of Safety, Environmental, and Production issues.   
    • Analysis of maintenance performance KPI’s (cost, frequency, technical challenges).




  • Minimum of 10 years of Maintenance and Reliability in a manufacturing setting
  • Experience evaluating and updating maintenance procedures and PM processes
  • Maintenance, Reliability, Continuous Improvement, Turnaround Event Planning/Execution and Plant Start-Up
  • An Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Industrial, Reliability)
  • Relevant Professional Certification
