Overview

We are looking for a Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience to support aggressive hiring strategy for current company growth opportunities!

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment process for multi-site territory of front line and hourly direct & indirect labor production positions within the organization
  • Partner with the HR Manager and the business unit Leaders to clarify job specifications and requirements to fill current and future hiring needs
  • Develop and foster collaborative relationships with multiple stakeholders throughout the business
  • Manage candidate communication and experience throughout entire hiring process to ensure a positive experience and position company as the employer of choice
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to manage the recruitment process effectively and efficiently
  • Utilize internal ATS, internal & external job boards and employee referral programs to identify and contact qualified applicants for positions
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Act as a full-service talent advisor
  • Knowledge of HR recruitment practices including interviewing best practices, compensation, employment law and sourcing strategies required
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  • Employ creative sourcing techniques, including social media and targeted job fairs also necessary
  • Track key measures of success and provide regular reporting and analysis of recruiting effort
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Maintain accurate personnel records with related information as required by state and federal legislations
  • Conduct new hire employee orientation program
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting and/or recruiting operations experience, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Bilingual a plus!
  • Demonstrated previous success partnering with organizations to optimize recruiting processes and scale effective operations
  • Passionate about efficiency, automation, and productivity, and you're skilled at using data to solve problems and measure success
  • Experience with recruiting and HR tools (ATS, HRIS, Indeed) and techniques
  • Comfortable managing a robust pipeline of projects with multiple stakeholders and competing timelines with minimal guidance
  • Natural, authentic people skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences and stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Proactive mindset and bias toward action; you've demonstrated an ability to work independently and make thoughtful decisions
  • Demonstrates solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (i.e.: structured, competency-based, stress)
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (i.e.: phone interviewing, reference check, pre-employment screening)
