This is a full-time position responsible for managing daily/weekly office activities. Work closely with Site Manager and other employees to achieve production goals. Maintain an orderly and safe work environment. Assist in utilizing and maintain value stream boards to communicate the state of the business on a daily basis. Actively participate in the improvement process including activities with responsibilities including any preparation work. Must be fluent with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.


  • Follow all safety rules, policies and procedures.
  • Basic office skills such as typing, filing and basic computer knowledge.
  • Ability to extract data, use and manipulate data to create information within an ERP-system
  • Must have the ability to work independently
  • Keep work area clean, neat and orderly
  • Answering phone calls
  • Aptitude to learn on the job, reciprocating compressors parts and repair services.
  • Performing data entry tasks as needed
  • Assist the team in achieving our AOP target
  • Maintain a close working relationship with manager and production departments.
  • Implement inventory location plans, maintain inventory stock & locations, and establish new inventory locations as needed
  • Ability to comfortably communicate with others by phone or email.
  • Open and close work orders in ERP system.


  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Proficient computer skills, including but not limited to Windows, Word, and Excel. 
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Able to work well independently. 
  • Self-motivated and highly disciplined to complete assignments in the timely manner.
  • Knowledge in documentation preparation, employee scheduling, and report generation.
