Overview

Allied Reliability is currently seeking a IT Helpdesk individual to assist with daily operations. 

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests relate to Tier 1&2 IT issues.
  • Maintain computer systems and act as support if any end-user system goes down.
  • Responsible for PC’s, Printers, and related equipment (monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, etc).
  • Maintain user PCs, including upgrades and configuration as needed.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding of users.
  • Keep inventory of all equipment, software, and license users.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade PC software.
  • Assist IT Department with any additional requests

Qualifications

  • General awareness of computer systems, PC repair, and network management
  • Resourcefulness and quick-thinking nature to troubleshoot new and critical technical issues as they arise.
  • Ability deploy, configure, and support operating systems on desktop and mobile
  • Understanding and appreciation for information security within systems and user devices.
  • Strong drive to provide excellent customer service and experience, with an awareness of prioritization of tasks.

 

  • At least 2-3 years’ experience on computer helpdesk related tasks – hands on experience with diagnostics and resolving basic technical issues
  • Fully knowledgeable on Windows 10 Pro and basic knowledge of standard Microsoft Products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented and patient
