Maintenance Planner Scope:   The primary role of the maintenance planner is to improve work force productivity and work quality by eliminating in advance potential delays and obstacles through proper planning and coordination of parts, machine time and resources.   Job Responsibilities:   - Plans and schedules preventive/predictive maintenance work in coordination with production supervisors and area Advanced Maintenance Specialist according to established priority systems. - Reviews each work request to see that it has been submitted according to established guidelines. - Ensures the safety needs are given a top priority in work planning. - Estimates jobs showing sequence of steps, number of resources and hours required for each step.
