COMPANY POLICIES & PROCEDURES
- An employee handbook and other company policies and procedures have been prepared to guide employees in their personal conduct and work activities. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, blueprints and schematic drawings and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
REASONING ABILITY
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- Requires solid verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills enabling involvement in a cross functional, quality driven team environment

WORK ENVIRONMENT

- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but in areas of high noise levels hearing protection is required
- Employees are required to wear uniforms when available, steel toed safety shoes, and ANSI approved safety glasses with side shields at all times
- Gloves are required when handling all products
