  • Overview

    Under the direction of the HVAC General Manager, the HVAC Project Coordinator will be primarily responsible for customer service and support and directing a team of technicians to execute service.  Other responsibilities will include assisting with sales, estimating, and day to day operations of the branch.

    Responsibilities

    • Customer service/inside sales and support.
    • Direct team of technicians for field execution.
    • Prospect new and existing clients for ongoing maintenance work and projects.
    • Generate estimates and proposals.
    • Maintain warehouse stock at appropriate levels.
    • Assist with purchasing for projects and stock.
    • Assist branch administrators with payroll and invoicing clarifications.
    • Work with HVAC GM to assure adequate field manpower loading.
    • Record keeping for vehicle fleet and equipment maintenance.
    • Is a steward of our Purpose, Mission, Vision and Core Values.
    • Other miscellaneous duties as required.

    Qualifications

    REQUIRED:

    • High School Diploma or GED.
    • 3 - 5 years warehouse or field crew logistics.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
    • Excellent communication skills, organizational skills and ability to multitask.

     

     

     

    PREFERRED:

     

    • 2-year technical degree in HVAC.
    • Experience managing direct reports/deploying field service technicians.
    • HVAC equipment and parts knowledge.
