  • Responsibilities

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

     

    • Executive sponsor/coach within specified strategic account(s). Serves as the “voice of the customer” internally and the executive coach to the client.
    • Channel partner sponsor for assigned strategic partner(s).
    • Manage and build relationships toward specified revenue targets.
    • Assist in integrating Operations and Business Development into new accounts and fostering existing relationships.
    • Work directly with Operations management to ensure skills and cultural requirements are understood for delivery of resources.
    • Support point solutions at active projects as needed

     

    PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS

     

    1. Meets or exceeds revenue targets
    2. Develops active network with industry experts and key client contacts
    3. Technical reports are accurate, neat, and promptly completed
    4. Good business relations exist with peers, partner companies, outside professionals, and customers
    5. A professional image is projected and maintained.

    Qualifications

    QUALIFICATIONS

     

    Education/Certification:      Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Physics, Mathematics, Business or related fields; may be waived if demonstrated capabilities clearly indicate expertise.  

                                                                    Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) within first 6 months.

                                                                     

                                                                    Published in technical or trade journals                  

                                                   

    Required Knowledge:              Knowledge of business management practices and financial reporting

    Knowledge of machinery fundamentals

                                                                    Strong understanding of predictive and preventative maintenance processes.                                                                    

         Working knowledge of condition monitoring technologies, including oil analysis, thermography, motor current analysis and ultrasonics, and their integration with vibration analysis.

                                                   

    Experience Required:                Ten years or more directly related reliability experience.

     

    Skills/Abilities:                             Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills; expected to present at conferences and support business development activities.  

    Expected to Publish in technical or trade journals.

    Able to conduct internal training.

    Flexibility in development and delivery methods or processes and procedures to enhance marketability.

                                                                    Proficient computer skills. Able to use MS Office suite, MS Project and other software tools with training.

                                                                    Technical or industry organization leadership preferred; participation expected.    

                                                                    Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.

                                                                    Able to work well independently and as a team.

                                                                    Frequent travel; should be able to drive and fly as routine part of assignments
