Field Services Leaders have a direct focus on employee management responsibilities as it relates to Operations administration and provide significant contributions to the formulation, development, implementation, and administration of Operations policies and business goals. Ensures the quality control and verification of company’s operations, communications, deliverables, reporting, and financial processes. Develops policies, procedures, and training plans to ensure efficient and effective operations. Supervises and appraises the activities of employees to ensure that all services are professionally delivered. Supports and ensures customer satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
Education/Certification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Project Management Professional certification preferred or ability to obtain within first 6 months.
Required Knowledge: Knowledge of personnel management required. Additional working knowledge of reliability processes to include RCM, root cause, workflow, scheduling & planning, PM’s and PdM technologies desired.
Experience Required: 8-10 years of experience in personnel management, preferably with a remote workforce. 3-5 years demonstrated budget management experience.
Experienced with reciprocating equipment, either in its construction, maintenance and/or analytics and troubleshooting.
Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution of machinery
Skills/Abilities: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and supervisory abilities.
Strong project management skills. Project Management Professional certification preferred.
Proficient technical communication (verbal and written) with internal and external resources.
Ability to deliver a training class for up to 20 students.
Solid leadership abilities.
