  • Overview

    The job duties for this position require an individual who is able to perform all tasks within our service desk as well as our manufacturing support area.


    • Answering all phone calls, entering incidents into ServiceNow and troubleshooting those incidents through to resolution.
    • Assisting customers who walk up to the help desk with professionalism and enthusiasm
    • Imaging hardware using SCCM and setting up/deploying hardware to end users
    • Monitoring of Production critical systems through various tools and timely response to, or escalation of, incidents in ServiceNow
    • Carry out backup and restore procedures as required
    • Provide network, voice, server, desktop, database, storage, and application support as required
    • Follow all existing processes and procedures, including SOPs as well as contributing to the company's IT knowledge base
    • Assist in all Service Desk tasks as needed or instructed.
    • Remain team-oriented at all times and dedicate to continual service improvement among all Service Desk processes



    2 or more years experience in end user support role, outstanding communication skills, and Oracle SQL required.

    ITIL v3, Oracle SQL, and ServiceNow preferred.



    BS in Information Technology or related field preferred

    A+ Certification preferred
