    Commercial Refrigeration and HVAC Service Sales Engineer for Restaurants, Convenience Stores, Supermarkets and Retail.

    Responsibilities

    Our client is a well-established, fast growing mechanical Refrigeration and HVAC service company. They are looking for a service sales engineer who currently knowns the technical side of the business and wants to get into the sales side. Candidates with previous sales experience are also welcomed.

    • You can expect to be a part of a dynamic and fun place to work.
    • You will be able to create your own schedule based on sales goals and revenue projection. 
    • You will also have frequent contact with customers, dispatch, field techs; so, you will need good communication skills.

    • You will get the opportunity to work on a variety of refrigeration and HVAC systems in restaurants, convenience stores, supermarkets and retail outlets.

    • Your earning potential is in your own hands. The ideal candidate will learn the business, develop additional business and extend our presence in Southern California.
    • This position is based out of Southern California. The candidate will spend time in the field and in the office building their network. Should not be afraid of cold-calling. 

    Qualifications

    Ideally, you have an engineering degree and some related commercial refrigeration and HVAC experience and/or training. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered as well. To be successful in this function, you should also be:

    • Personable, like to listen and help people with their problems.
    • Optimistic, active, able to hustle and learn quickly.
    • Willing to do what it takes to take care of the customer, including working odd hours every now-and-then.
    • Preferably lives within a drivable distance from Los Angeles/Orange County/Inland Empire.
