    T.F. Hudgins provides a portfolio of engineered products and services that improve the reliability of high-value equipment. End-markets include petrochemical, refining, midstream oil & gas and other process industries. The company requires knowledgeable and responsive individuals that will exceed the customer’s expectations.



    Job Responsibilities:


    • Process orders, prepares correspondence and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Respond to customer phone calls and email inquiries.
    • Prepare quotations.
    • Manage transactions until completed.
    • Understand product and service offerings.
    • Communicate effectively with team members, other departments, customers and suppliers in a professional and timely manner.
    • Source and purchase product as needed from principles and vendors.
    • Support outside sales personnel.


    Minimum Qualifications:


    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Outstanding attention to detail with superior time management and organization skills.
    • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
    • Enthusiastic, assertive, courteous and professional.
    • Team-oriented and flexible.
    • Ability to perform in pressure situations.
    • Adhere to firm deadlines.
    • Receptive to implementing new strategies.
    • 4 year college degree preferable.
