  • Overview

    Allied Reliability Group is working with a large Kubota dealership, looking for a qualified salesperson for a combination of inside and outside sales. Candidates should have at least 3 years of sales experience with tractors and/or construction equipment. Candidates should have a strong background with computers, processing paperwork and customer skills. Health insurance and paid vacation are available.


    Responsibilities include;

    • Maintain excellent relations with all levels of customer decision-making personnel, including operators, purchasing, management and executives.
    • Regularly introduces new products with a strong focus on growth opportunities.
    • Meets 100% or more of quota annually selling to both new and existing accounts.
    • Perform concept selling by introducing products and services to new customers.
    • Handles most technical application questions/issues and provides an analytic and strategic approach to solving customer problems and presenting technical solutions.
    • Provide some advanced technical and applications support during selling process and assist operations in providing support after the sale is complete.
    • Identifies, qualifies and develops new customers and markets.
    • Demonstrates strategic account management focus, listening skills, and competency with customers, in person or by phone.


    • High School Diploma (or GED/ High School Equivalence Certificate).
    • At least 3 years of Retail Inside or Outside Parts Sales experience; in either tractors, construction equipment, medium/heavy duty trucks and/or heavy equipment.
    • Intermediate to advanced knowledge level of Windows XP (Excel, Word and Outlook).
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills. 
    • Must pass a drug test and criminal background check prior to employment.
    • Must have valid drivers license.
