Candidate will utilize procedure and software to call employees to work overtime and document in tracking software. The candidate will be trained on the software and procedure, and after given the staffing requirements each shift, must work independently to contact and schedule the overtime.
Candidate may also perform other administrative support tasks for supervisors such as listening to voicemails of employees reporting off work and logging them, filing paperwork and reports, and filling out reports.
Must have excellent communication skills.

Requires high school diploma and 1-2 years relevant experience, or equivalent. This is a part time position scheduled for a split shift of 5-9 am and 5-9 pm on weekends. Additional hours/days may be available to provide coverage for the incumbent Overtime Caller for the schedule on weekdays..
Technical Skills Required- MUST BE PROFICIENT IN MS OFFICE- Intermediate level.
