Maintenance Clerk / Coordinator

Contract to Permanent (Full Time)


Provides Maintenance Department clerical assistance and schedules equipment task using CMMS program by performing the following duties.

  1. Copies data and compiles records and report(s).
  2. Updates data in equipment files and maintains files as required.
  3. Evaluates PM task schedules and gives feed back during bi-weekly leadership meetings on status of completion.
  4. Records orders for merchandise or service.
  5. Routes incoming mail and calls, and answers radio calls if no maintenance response.
  6. Purchase office supplies.
  7. Prepare weekly utility and maintenance accomplishment reports.
  8. Prepare and submits monthly TNRCC waste water reports.
  9. Tabulate and records weekly timecards.
  10. Maintains MP-2 system – labor, materials, PM schedules, equipment inventories, and work orders and reviews new equipment data for input into the CMMS.
  11. Input and direct Work Orders to Supervisor’s for assignment and parts.
  12. Evaluates current and future schedules tasks and gives input to leadership on plans for improvement.
  13. Maintain vacation, accident, attendance, uniform, safety meetings, and records (etc.) per each maintenance employee. Record LOA and jury duty on crew calendar.
  14. Collect and process back charges monthly.
  15. Must observe and practice safety and housekeeping rules. Must attend bi-weekly Safety meetings.
  16. Perform all requirements of sanitation, GMP/ HACCP standards including hairnets, beard nets, and personal hygiene policies.
  17. Yearly submit Teas Tier Two report.
  18. Complete billing in JDE System.

  1. Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
  2. Must have knowledge in filing, records, and data keeping.
  3. Able to type at least 60 WPM.


  1. High school graduate or equivalent.
  2. One year related work experience.


Verbal and written English skills are required for safety, equipment maintenance,  and recording of information.
