As a part of the Food Safety Team you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the sanitation work groups. You will act as site point person for Food Safety, FDA compliance and back up Quality Enabler. Ensures coordination of site groups to meet safety, quality, service and cost commitments. Responsible for people and team development to ensure continuous improvement is achieved in the areas of quality, cost, safety, and service to customers (internal and external). Team Leaders are trained in company's manufacturing, distribution, and sales operations processes while assisting team members in solving problems and improving performance.
