Electronic Maintenance Mechanic

We are looking for Electronic Maintenance Mechanics for our Industry, CA plant!



  1. Troubleshoot, repair and maintain production line and facility equipment
  2. Perform preventive maintenance routines on all equipment
  3. Assist in the design and installation of new equipment or layouts
  4. Assist with the operation of production line equipment
  5. Assist in other areas of plant maintenance as needed
  6. Maintain proper housekeeping in all areas
  7. Must be able to participate in company’s emergency response team
  8. All other duties as assigned by management



  1. High school diploma or GED
  2. 3 to 4 years’ experience in food processing
  3. Previous verifiable experience in maintenance (min of 1yr) or min 1-2 yrs. of mechanical / maintenance classes.
  4. Courses from a junior college or technical institute, job-related seminars and ongoing education
  5. Machining of parts, use of the lathe, mill grinders, etc.
  6. Welding – arc, heli-arc, plasma
  7. Pump repairs – centrifugal and positive displacement
  8. EMT must supply their own tools
  9. System troubleshooting techniques including schematic reading
  10. Construction electrical skills
  11. PID Loop Tuning techniques
  12. Skilled in the use of electronic testing equipment with the ability to simulate testing procedures on the bench
  13. Experience with utility-related equipment boilers, water systems, air compressors, HVAC
  14. Experience with automated and high speed packaging equipment
  15. Knowledge of and experience with computerized maintenance management systems
  16. Knowledge of MS/DOS, Windows, MS Word, Excel and other computer applications
  17. Strong electrical, instrumentation and PLC (Programmable Logic Control)
  18. Must be familiar with Wonderware applications and RS Logixs software
  19. Knowledge of AC/DC drives and related electrical controls
